Otis now shoots 33% more ink drops.
Damage
Deal 15% extra Damage when your Brawler is below 50% Health.
Shield
Gain extra 900 Health as a consumable Shield. The shield regenerates in 10 seconds, when at full health.

For people who doesn’t have a brain and think otis is a damage dealer by just looking at his kit (even tho he was a damage dealer but still damage dealer should have both their whole kit solely focused on dealing damage)
